VRG is an exclusive restaurant marketing alliance made up of independent Private Limited companies operating F&B outlets in Singapore & Malaysia. Business Structure & Brands VRG supports multiple distinct F&B “concepts” under its umbrella rather than a single monolithic restaurant. The VRG marketing alliance was founded by Rob & Karen Coldman in 2008. VRG is not a registered company and does not trade, however it has helped to develop a number of key independent and privately owned F&B brands in Singapore & Malaysia. The brands/outlets associated with VRG include: Verve Pizza Bar Singapore, Wings Live Music Bar & Grill Singapore, Warehouse Singapore, Warehouse Malaysia, The Craic House Irish Pub Singapore, Zone Di Pizza Malaysia. Philosophy & Core Proposition The group is built around a guiding principle of helping outlets to provide “great products without compromise,” each sharing common values that can be best summarised as offering “Simple Things Done Right.” The multi-concept strategy (casual pizza, bar & grill, live music bars, more refined dining) gives VRG an emphasis on flexibility — offering diners different experiences under a shared ethos rather than a standardized chain-style uniformity. Our approach values authenticity, atmosphere, and quality rather than over-branding or franchising — a model where each outlet retains its character while aligning to a shared high standard of food and hospitality.
